“I don't know what is going on with this app. everyday I have to uninstall it and then reinstall it for it to even come up on my phone. I get a white screen and nothing happens. I go to the Play store to see if an update is needed and mostly every day there is one needed. sometimes after updating the app it still doesn't work so I have to uninstall it again. is very frustrating because I'm trying to track my money to see where I'm at day-to-day and week-to-week and I cannot do this.”

“I don’t know what they did but the categorization tool on the phone app has gotten to the point where I can’t do anything. Half the time the program crashes and half the time the transactions don’t load so I can’t categorize them unless I login online. Sort of makes the phone app worthless.”

“Been a user of QuickBooks for 25 years and it just gets worse and worse and more and more expensive. Just tried for 30 minutes to link our bank accounts to the QB app with no luck (the app keeps losing the connection). I will be telling our bookkeeper to please find a substitute for QuickBooks - they complicate everything. And, Intuit is a horrifically unethical company.”
