The gap

Real estate photographers and agents using AI Home Design, Home AI, and AI Remodel struggle with tools that distort structural elements and architectural details. They need a solution that allows precise editing of colors and lengths without altering the original home's layout or structural integrity.

What people say

“Quick question for anyone shooting listings. What AI editing tool are you actually using right now? I’ve been shooting real estate for about 6 years and I’m still editing mostly by hand. I keep seeing new AI tools pop up but every time I test one it either messes with the windows, changes the furniture, or makes everything look like a video game. Curious what’s working for you guys. Mainly looking for something that handles verticals, white balance and exposure without inventing stuff that isn’t there. Bonus if it can do a full shoot at once without babysitting every photo. What are you using, what does it cost you per image, and what’s the thing that still annoys you about it?”

“Zillow, stop allowing realtors to upload AI images without AI disclosure warnings. There are some listings so egregious that I cannot tell what images are generated and what images are the actual home. I do not feel protected as a consumer.”
