The gap

Luxury car owners want a unified, reliable remote control interface for climate, defrost, and scheduling. Current apps like Toyota, myAudi, and Volvo Cars often lack these specific controls or suffer from connectivity issues that hinder basic remote vehicle management.

What people say

“The app is OK I guess. It tells me when I forget to lock the doors or if the windows are down. I can then remote lock. It's the remote start that bugs me. Yes I can start the car but no climate controls? At best I have to set the climate the way I want it the night before and turn the car off but you can't set front and rear defrost because that doesn't turn on with a car start, only a physical button press. Why not include climate controls in the paid subscription version?”

Cannot set front and rear defrost or climate controls via the app, even in the paid version
