The gap
Users of security-focused apps like Proton VPN and Norton 360 Security & VPN want to maintain a constant VPN connection without breaking the rest of their ecosystem. Current tools lack consistent cross-platform split-tunneling and granular per-app controls, causing conflicts with payment apps like BHIM and streaming services.
What people say
“I'm on VPN 99% of the time and the app doesn't work on VPN. Pretty useless to me now.”
