The gap

Dating app users, including those with disabilities or lacking social references, struggle with identity verification and secure communication. Current products like Raya, Feeld, and Kismia fail to provide inclusive, secure, and accessible verification methods that protect users from catfishing without excluding marginalized groups.

What people say

AApp Store (US)1Aug 17, 2026

“I really wanted to like this app, but I’ve been catfished multiple times. One person refused to show his face, repeatedly asked for explicit photos, and I eventually discovered through Zelle that he had given me a fake name. The lack of photo/identity verification makes me feel extremely unsafe using this app. I’ll be deleting my account.”
