The gap

Home buyers using Zillow and Realtor.com are frustrated by the lack of 'negative filters' (the ability to exclude specific features like pools or AI-staged photos). Current tools only allow for inclusive searches, forcing users to manually hide irrelevant properties.

What people say

PGoogle Play (US)1Sep 18, 2026

“This app is the worst. It constantly sends you house types that you are not interested in without a way to filter them out. 9/2026 update - it's been over a year and a half since my last review and absolutely nothing has changed. It still pushes me locations I am not interested in and condos and townhomes which I could care less about. I went back and forth with their tech support and there's no way to fix this except to "hide" each property that I am not interested in. What a waste of time.”
