The gap

Event-goers often struggle with fragmented ticket management across multiple platforms like My Disney Experience, TickPick, SeatGeek, and StubHub. Current apps fail to provide a unified, seamless way to purchase, share, and retrieve tickets without requiring multiple app downloads or complex linking processes.

What people say

PGoogle Play (US)1Aug 9, 2026

“Buying tickets on omio website is more expensive than buying at the original vendor's site, they've put an extra 3.5 pounds on my ticket. Once you buy a ticket they send you an email that they have the ticket but you have to download the trash app for you to able to access the ticket. It is stupid, more complicated and absolutely unnecessary. But at least it costs more!!”

Forced to download a mobile app to access tickets instead of receiving them via email or PDF
